Cylindrical roller Bearing

Cylindrical roller contacts the bearing with raceway. It has good capacity of load and mainly takes radial load. Rollers and sleeve rim have less friction and are good at high-speed rotation. Whether the sleeve has rim, it can be divided into two types. The single row bearings, such as NU, NT, NUP, N,NF. And double row bearings, NNU, NN. The outer ring and inner ring of cylindrical roller bearing are separable. If the inner ring or outer ring has no rim, it moves relative to the axle.

Product Characteristics:

The roller and raceway can take heavy radial anxial load and be used in taking heavy load and shock load.

Cylindrical roller bearings have high processing request for axle or bearing saddle bore. After the installment of bearing, the relative deflection should be kept under strict control so as not to make the contact force centralized.

It has less friction and high speed. The limiting speed is close to the limiting speed of deep groove ball bearingss.

Since the inner ring and outer ring are separable, cylindrical roller bearing is easy to install and dismantle.
